How to Apply

Apply online in four simple steps - no need to submit paper forms.

Download the Membership Application Form, type in your details and save the completed file.

Prepare Documents

Scan or photograph your CNIC, passport-size photograph and supporting documents clearly.

Upload & Pay

Upload your application online below, and pay the applicable membership fee / security to the official ARC account only.

Approval

The security check takes approximately 3 weeks. Your membership card will be issued after the final interview.

Required Documents

Upload clear, readable scans or photographs of the documents prescribed by ARC Management.

CNIC / Valid ID

Applicant's CNIC or valid ID, plus CNIC of spouse and children where applicable.

Photographs

Recent passport-size photograph of the applicant (and of spouse and children), as digital JPG / PNG images.

Employment / Service Proof

Where applicable: appointment / transfer letter, service certificate stating designation / grade, pay slip and police verification.

Membership Bylaws

1. Membership Approval

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee membership.
  • Membership becomes effective only after approval by the ARC Administration.

2. Correct Information

  • Applicants must provide complete and accurate information.
  • ARC may request supporting documents or clarification.

3. Payment

  • Payment should only be transferred to ARC official account.
  • Membership access may be activated after completion of payment formalities.

4. Membership Card

  • Members should carry their valid ARC membership card when visiting.
  • Membership cards must not be transferred, lent or misused.
  • All ARC members are required to have membership cards issued for their children above 5 years and below 18 years of age.

5. Facility Rules

  • Members must observe facility timings, safety instructions and staff directions.
  • Facilities may be temporarily restricted for maintenance or official activities.

6. Guests & Visitors

  • ARC members may bring any number of guests along with them, subject to the capacity, operational requirements, and rules of the respective facilities.
  • Members will be responsible for the conduct of accompanying guests.

7. Refundable Security

  • Security refund shall be handled according to the approved ARC policy.
  • Outstanding dues or permitted deductions will be settled before refund.

8. Conduct & Discipline

  • Members must respect ARC staff, members, guests and property.
  • Violations may result in action under applicable approved rules.

9. Subscription / Renewal

  • Members are required to keep all recurring membership and subscription charges up to date and ensure that no outstanding dues remain unpaid.
  • Non-payment may affect membership status according to policy.

10. Changes in Policy

  • ARC may revise rates, timings, procedures and facility rules when approved.
  • Members must follow the latest notified requirements.

Before You Apply

Please make sure the application form is fully completed and that your photograph and documents are clear and readable before you submit them online. Incomplete applications may be delayed. Final membership category, rates, approval, security refund conditions and facility access remain subject to the latest approved ARC policy and management orders.
